SK: the Most Beautiful Ski Trails in Slovakia

All lovers of winter, skiing and exploring the beauties of Slovakia will certainly enjoy the novelty in the form of a book guide, which contains 25 ski trails. the trails are ideal for skiing and do not require extraordinary ski equipment or skills. in addition to a detailed description, the publication also contains a number of beautiful photographs, itineraries, profiles or clear maps of individual routes with a link to the map server.

All routes are situated in mountainous terrain and take place mostly at higher altitudes (about 1,000 meters). they pass through 22 mountains and are of various lengths and difficulty. the ambition of the authors of the publication (Karol Mizla, Tomáš Trstenský) is to offer the reader the most beautiful ski tours and to inspire him to discover the winter beauties of Slovakia in an active way.

On individual pages, you will take an imaginary winter ski ride along the ridge of Javorníky, Oravská Magura, Velká Fatra, Čergov and Volovské vrchy. you will also go through Královo hola, around Paradajs, Kremnické vrchy or the south of the Slovak Paradise. There will be routes to the Green Ball, through the Pieniny and Muránská and Sihlianská plains, etc.

Of course, there are many other possibilities for completing ski tours in the Slovak mountains, which are not in the book, so the authors believe in the second part of the publication. at the end of the book, you will get acquainted with practical advice and information that will make it easier for you to move through snowy terrain.
